Been using B-Tech Heating for servicing my Valliant gas central heating boiler for a few years now.
Luke is a friendly and helpful guy, arrives on time and works in a clean and tidy way.
Pricing is very reasonable and I'd much rather deal with a local, independent supplier rather than a big corporate organisation.

I recently had a new Worcester boiler installed by B-Tec, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.
Luke and his brother Tom worked together brilliantly—they made such a great team and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced in what they do.
What really stood out to me was how respectful they were of my home. They cleaned and hoovered at the end of each day, which made a big difference. They also took the time to show me how everything works, including setting the timer, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident using it. They regularly checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns, which I really appreciated.
I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m so glad I found them through a friend who had also highly recommended them—it’s easy to see why.
I would definitely use B-Tec again in the future for any plumbing work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Highly recommend B-tech Heating. We used them for an annual Boiler Servicing, after previous plumbers we used did poor jobs. Luke responded promptly to my email enquiry, and we were able to arrange a date for the visit swiftly. He turned up on time, performed the job, cleaned up after himself, and even looked at a problem we had with one of our radiators. He invoiced via email, and so we were able to make the payment transfer that day. It was exactly the type of service you want.

I contacted Worcester Bosch requesting if an approved installer could contact me regarding a quote for a replacement combi gas boiler. I did this in the early afternoon and within 2 hours, Luke from B-Tech Heating contacted me asking if he could call within the next half hour to survey the job.
Good to his word, he arrived on time and reviewed what was involved with replacing the old combi gas boiler with a new Worcester Bosch combi gas boiler.
From the off, I was very impressed with Luke's knowledge of what was involved with the installation and his explanation of the different options regarding the Worcester Bosch range of combi gas boilers.
On completion of the survey he informed me that he would provide a quote by the following morning. Sure enough, the following morning I received an email with a detailed quote, and after meeting Luke the previous day, I had every confidence in awarding him the job.
Within a short space of time an installation date was agreed and during the time between giving him the go ahead and the installation date, he kept me posted.
The removal of the old combi boiler and installation of the new combi boiler was carried out by Luke and his colleague in a clean and efficient manner, starting with laying a protective cover over the hall floor, the stair and landing carpets, as the combi boiler was being installed in my upstairs airing cupboard, and the job involved a lot of toing and froing with the outside of my house.
By early afternoon the following day, the job was completed and Luke gave me an explanation of the new combi boiler's functions.
My house was left clean and tidy as though the work had never taken place, so I would have no hesitation in recommending B-Tech Heating and would like to thank Luke and his colleague for the excellent service they provided.

Both B-Tech engineers who serviced and repaired my boiler in 2024, 2025 and 2026 were very professional.
They were polite and friendly, and were very careful to keep my house in good condition during their visits - they wore protective overshoes, they mopped up any drips as soon as they happened, and vacuumed any dust or particles as they went along.
Both engineers were very thorough, and I felt complete confidence in the work they did. Following the visits, I received in depth reports by email on the work that had been done to my boiler. The reports also advised about any issues which needed addressing.
The price paid for the work was fair and reasonable.
I have used a variety of different companies for annual boiler servicing over the last 12 years, but I have never used the same company twice in the past. I can’t see me using anyone but B-Tech in future. Thanks, guys!

They have also done other work fior us . On our strong recommendation my sister also had a complete new gas boiler and complete system change throughout the house. I can honestly say I have never had such great service from a company. Luke and Tom were a pleasure to have in our home. The workmanship was outstanding and they left the house cleaner than when they started! We had a new boiler and also wanted it moved to the airing cupboard from the kitchen, as well as some replacement radiators. The work was done effortlessly and without any disruption. Great, efficient service. We needed our old boiler replaced as this was 30 years old and on its last legs. Replaced in Jan 2019 and we've had it serviced annually. Very tidy and professional during the install as was a two day job. (Needed to dig in the garden concrete as part of the install) and was left as it was previously well even better than before! Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally professional work by Luke and his brother of replacing our dated Worcester Bosch for a new one.
Took time and patience to explain how we could stave off payment for a year, through Worcester Bosch/Hitachi Finance, with minimal finance charge.
Both were very polite. Left premises extremely clean and tidy, and work completed earlier than scheduled.

His reviews seemed too good to be true, thought he must have got his mates to write them! Turns out they are true, Luke was great from the initial communication, to a superb job at a decent price. Polite, prompt and reasonable can not ask for anymore. Will definitely use him again although hopefully not any time soon.

Luke is an amazing plumber and I won’t use anyone else. He is on time and well presented. He is friendly, but still gets to business as opposed to chatting all day. I’m always pleased with his work (he takes pride in it and it shows) and the cost. Usually I want to pay more than he charges! Please take my money! Thank you! Luke always checks later to see if you are satisfied with the work or need any tweaks; to date I have never had to call him back to fix his work at my house. You really can’t go wrong with B-Tech.

I would highly recommend BTech heating as a reliable company to do a quality job. I particularly liked that when Luke came to quote, he fitted overshoes over his own to protect our carpets. No one else had done this. Luke is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and took time to explain everything. In future I will use BTech heating every time.

Luke fitted a new boiler for us. Communication was really good throughout and when he came to quote for the job he was happy to explain things in detail. Work was done to a really high standard in the time quoted and we were shown the ins and outs of the system once installed. We had a few questions a couple of weeks later and he got back to us really quickly with answers.

Luke at B-Tech heating was fantastic. He responded quickly to my call out and was able to fit me in to do the work around my work life.
Luke was polite and respectful to my home and the fact that while he was working I had a toddler sleeping.
The work was reasonably priced and Luke was very professional.
Luke contacted me throughout the days following he work to check that the problem had been solved and that everything was as it should be.

I am so pleased with the work B-Tech Heating have just done for me. My old boiler needed replacing and I had several companies quote. Luke stood out by a mile for his knowledge and expertise. He gave me excellent advice on the right boiler for my needs and also on how to get my water pressure improved.
The installation work was great. Courteous, tidy and considerate. They left the work area spotless overnight and when they finished. I would thoroughly recommend B-Tech to anyone.
