I contacted Worcester Bosch requesting if an approved installer could contact me regarding a quote for a replacement combi gas boiler. I did this in the early afternoon and within 2 hours, Luke from B-Tech Heating contacted me asking if he could call within the next half hour to survey the job.
Good to his word, he arrived on time and reviewed what was involved with replacing the old combi gas boiler with a new Worcester Bosch combi gas boiler.
From the off, I was very impressed with Luke's knowledge of what was involved with the installation and his explanation of the different options regarding the Worcester Bosch range of combi gas boilers.
On completion of the survey he informed me that he would provide a quote by the following morning. Sure enough, the following morning I received an email with a detailed quote, and after meeting Luke the previous day, I had every confidence in awarding him the job.
Within a short space of time an installation date was agreed and during the time between giving him the go ahead and the installation date, he kept me posted.
The removal of the old combi boiler and installation of the new combi boiler was carried out by Luke and his colleague in a clean and efficient manner, starting with laying a protective cover over the hall floor, the stair and landing carpets, as the combi boiler was being installed in my upstairs airing cupboard, and the job involved a lot of toing and froing with the outside of my house.
By early afternoon the following day, the job was completed and Luke gave me an explanation of the new combi boiler's functions.
My house was left clean and tidy as though the work had never taken place, so I would have no hesitation in recommending B-Tech Heating and would like to thank Luke and his colleague for the excellent service they provided.
They arrived when they said they would , like all jobs a few problems arose , but they quietly worked through them . We are very pleased with the finished job and would recommend the firm without a moments hesitation . Thank you for a job , well done .

Both B-Tech engineers who serviced and repaired my boiler in 2024 & 2025 were very professional.
They were polite and friendly, and were very careful to keep my house in good condition during their visits - they wore protective overshoes, they mopped up any drips as soon as they happened, and vacuumed any dust or particles as they went along.
Both engineers were very thorough, and I felt complete confidence in the work they did. Following the visits, I received in depth reports by email on the work that had been done to my boiler. The reports also advised about any issues which needed addressing.
The price paid for the work was fair and reasonable.
I have used a variety of different companies for annual boiler servicing over the last 12 years, but I have never used the same company twice in the past. I can’t see me using anyone but B-Tech in future. Thanks, guys!

I can honestly say I have never had such great service from a company. Luke and Tom were a pleasure to have in our home. Great, efficient service. We needed our old boiler replaced as this was 30 years old and on its last legs. Replaced in Jan 2019 and we've had it serviced annually. Very tidy and professional during the install as was a two day job. (Needed to dig in the garden concrete as part of the install) and was left as it was previously well even better than before! Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally professional work by Luke and his brother of replacing our dated Worcester Bosch for a new one. Took time and patience to explain how we could stave off payment for a year, through Worcester Bosch/Hitachi Finance, with minimal finance charge. Both were very polite. Left premises extremely clean and tidy, and work completed earlier than scheduled. Thank you both for a fantastic job. See you in a year.
His reviews seemed too good to be true, thought he must have got his mates to write them! Turns out they are true, Luke was great from the initial communication, to a superb job at a decent price. Polite, prompt and reasonable can not ask for anymore. Will definitely use him again although hopefully not any time soon.
Luke is an amazing plumber and I won’t use anyone else. He is on time and well presented. He is friendly, but still gets to business as opposed to chatting all day. I’m always pleased with his work (he takes pride in it and it shows) and the cost. Usually I want to pay more than he charges! Please take my money! Thank you! Luke always checks later to see if you are satisfied with the work or need any tweaks; to date I have never had to call him back to fix his work at my house. You really can’t go wrong with B-Tech.

I would highly recommend BTech heating as a reliable company to do a quality job. I particularly liked that when Luke came to quote, he fitted overshoes over his own to protect our carpets. Luke recently fitted a boiler in my home. Fantastic service, speedy responses to my emails, very efficient, friendly, and cleaned up any mess before he left which not many businesses do! Highly recommend.
Luke fitted a new boiler for us. Communication was really good throughout and when he came to quote for the job he was happy to explain things in detail. Work was done to a really high standard in the time quoted and we were shown the ins and outs of the system once installed. We had a few questions a couple of weeks later and he got back to us really quickly with answers.
Luke at B-Tech heating was fantastic. He responded quickly to my call out and was able to fit me in to do the work around my work life. Luke was polite and respectful to my home and the fact that while he was working I had a toddler sleeping. The work was reasonably priced and Luke was very professional. I am so pleased with the work B-Tech Heating have just done for me. My old boiler needed replacing and I had several companies quote. Luke stood out by a mile for his knowledge and expertise. Luke is the consummate professional. Always on time, clean and tidy, answering my frequent questions and above all, he did all this with a smile. He had to decommission my old back boiler, install a new combi boiler in a new location. All work was done on the previously agreed time frame. The work was to replace an existing boiler for which spares were not available. The pre-quote visit took place at the time agreed. My concerns and requirements were taken into consideration. The quote was delivered promptly and the costs set out clearly. Work started promptly on the date set. At the end of each day the job was always left tidy and we had water and gas. The siting of the boiler had to take into consideration the existing tanks and kitchen layout as well as regulations, anyunforeseen changes were discussed, explained clearly and agreed. The work was carried out to a high standard. In fact I can quote from someone who had worked a heating installer "That's excellent pipework! very impressive". There have been no problems with the installation and I am very pleased with it. All in all a pleasure to deal with someone who takes a pride in his work, turns up when he says he will, consults, and delivers a high standard of work.

Luke showed his professionalism, knowledge, intelligence and cordiality from the word go. I had several plumbers in the mix as I was desperately looking for someone to replace a broken boiler. Luke was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of communication, dependability, honesty, working practice and standards. He and Tom did an excellent job, weren’t in the least bit intrusive, were polite, tidy, relaxed and above all great at what they were doing. They went above and beyond the job spec, stayed on quote and left us confident that we now have an expertly installed boiler with a long guarantee. As an aside, Luke offers payment plans and the option to pay using credit card, saving the need to find a big chunk of money in a hurry.
